Purchases
We don't have any. We don't want you to settle for something you see on our website if you had another idea in mind. Work with us to find the perfect item, even if we need to track it down.
You contact us directly. We don't offer "cookie cutter" personalization and it is much easier to ensure you get exactly what you want when we work together.
We cannot possibly list the thousands of products we have access to on our website. Chances are, if you can't find it on our website, we can find it in one of our catalogs.
We really try to avoid this as much as possible. If we need to place an order with a vendor for your project, we will try to bundle it with another order from the same vendor. This helps us keep costs low by avoiding large fees to ship a single item to us. If we can't combine orders, we may ask you to place a minimum order quantity.
Generally, we're working locally and don't need to ship anything. However, if you would like something shipped just let us know and we'll figure out the best way to get it to you.
If something is wrong with the final product that is our mistake, we will absolutely take it back. However, since we're in the personalization business, there is not much we can do if you want to return a product with your name it. We'll try to be accommodating but as a general rule, no, we do not accept returns on personalized items.
